Our travel protection plan offers benefits, coverage and non-insurance assistance services designed to meet travelers’ needs for items purchased through Air by Pleasant, a division of Pleasant Holidays®.
Air by Pleasant’s Protection Plan includes our Pre-Departure non-insurance Cancel For Any Reason Waiver combined with Post-Departure Travel Insurance Benefits underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company.
Part A: Non-Insurance Cancel For Any Reason WAIVER (Provided by Air by Pleasant) INCLUDE:
Change Coverage: one-time waiver of airline change fees.
The travel protection plan includes a Part A Non-Insurance Cancel For Any Reason Waiver that must be purchased at time of booking, and cannot be purchased with a Future Travel Credit (FTC). Our travel protection plan offers benefits, coverage and assistance services designed to meet travelers’ needs at affordable rates for air purchased through Air by Pleasant should they need to change OR cancel their flight prior to departure. What We will do under this Waiver: If you must cancel your flight prior to departure due to a specified covered reason, you receive reimbursement in cash of ALL cancellation fees (to a maximum of $12,500 per person) for your Air by Pleasant travel arrangements. For any reason not otherwise covered under the Cancel For Any Reason Waiver, you receive reimbursement in Pleasant Holidays travel certificates of ALL air cancellation fees (to a maximum of $12,500 per person) associated with your Air by Pleasant air arrangements if you cancel your flight prior to departure.
This non-insurance Cancel For Any Reason Waiver does not cover no-shows or occupancy upgrade charges. Air by Pleasant requires written notice of cancellation during normal business hours. This waiver covers only those Flight Arrangements purchased from Air by Pleasant.
Pleasant Holidays travel certificates are non-refundable, non-transferrable, valid for one year from date of issue (but no later than 15 months from the date their Air by Pleasant Flight Arrangements were cancelled) and may not be redeemed for cash.
*For residents of NY or WA: Part A Cancel For Any Reason Waiver can be purchased separately from the rest of the plan. When purchased separately, the Part A Cancel For Any Reason Waiver is non-refundable. Contact Air by Pleasant in order to purchase the Cancellation Fee Waiver separately.

Part B: Post-Departure Travel Insurance benefits (underwritten by United States Fire Insurance Company) along with other non-insurance services:
