1. Can I make bookings online?
Only travel agents can confirm space online. Remember that prices
are only guaranteed with full payment.

2. How will I know if my payment was received?
You will receive email confirmation when you payment is processed. |

3. Can I book itineraries with open jaws online
(example: LAX-SYD outbound and AKL-LAX return).
Yes.

4. Can I book itineraries with stopovers online?
No. You cannot book itineraries with stopovers at this time. Please
call our Reservations Specialists at (800) 877-8111 for assistance.

5. Can I book itineraries with more than one
destination online?
No. You cannot book itineraries with more than one destination at
this time. Please call our Reservations Specialists at (800) 877-8111 for assistance.

6. Can I cancel reservations that I made online?
Yes. To cancel a reservation, click on 'Manage Bookings' in the
Booking Engine. Bring up the passenger record that you would like to cancel. Then click on
the 'Record Locator.' You will be given an option to cancel the record.

7. Can I change bookings that I made online?
No. You cannot use the booking engine to change reservations at
this time. To cancel or change reservations, please call our Reservations Specialists for
assistance. |

8. Does Air by Pleasant require a signed credit card
authorization from the cardholder?
Yes. Please fax signed credit card authorizations to (619)

9. What is the cost to use the booking engine?
The Air by Pleasant booking engine is FREE for agents.

10. Can I get Air by Pleasant fares on my own booking
engine?
Yes. Please Contact Miho Robertson, our Product Automation Manager, at (619)
282-3455 x7186.

11. Can I add my own mark-up to Air by Pleasant's net
fares?
Yes. Most of our fares are net and you can add whatever mark-up you
would like. However, a few carriers require us to put published fares on the tickets
(China Airlines and Korean Airlines and some South Pacific carriers) so you'll want to
make sure the total price of the ticket including your mark-up is LESS than the published
fare amount that will show on the ticket. If you have questions on this, please call
reservations at 800-877-8111.

12. My log-in and/or password does not work - what
should I do?
If you forget your password the system will email you a reminder.
On the log-in screen, just type in your email address and within minutes the information
will be sent.

13. Can I change my log-in and password once my
account is created?
No. You may update all other profile information using the "My
Profile" link from the Blue Navigation bar. If you desire a new log-in or password,
please reapply by completing a new sign-up form from the Log-in page.

14. Are all your fares listed online?
Most fares are listed online. Please refer to our Commission Guide
for details or contact us at 800-877-8111.

15. Can I book one-way and business/first class fares
online?
Yes. We have some net fares loaded online, but most one-ways and
business class fares are commissionable and subject to frequent change. Please refer to
our commission guide or contact us at 800-877-8111.
